About Us

Homecare from The Consortium introduces a range of products in partnership with The Stroke Association to provide support for stroke survivors.

A quarter of a million people in the UK are living with long-term disability following a stroke and growing numbers are continuing to live in their own homes, either being cared for or living independently. However many of the products available to support everyday life are either inappropriate for use at home or simply unaffordable.

With expert input from The Stroke Association, the only UK-wide charity dealing with stroke in people of all ages, Homecare from The Consortium has identified practical, affordable products suitable for use at home to help those affected by stroke get the most out of their lives.

The Consortium has considerable expertise in finding new and innovative products as we have been successfully supplying solutions to organisations delivering public services for nearly 40 years. Homecare from The Consortium has therefore been able to source quality products from around the world that have been specifically designed to help retain independence and personal dignity at home.

All our products are easy to access either online or by requesting a catalogue and are grouped by condition so whatever impact stroke has had on an individual, they can quickly find a helpful product that previously they may never have known existed.

We are delighted to be working in partnership with The Stroke Association and look forward to adding to the range of products and services over the coming months.
